Container board
Containerboard is a type of paperboard specially manufactured for the production of corrugated board. It includes both linerboard and corrugating medium (or fluting), the two types of paper that make up corrugated board. Since containerboard is made mainly out of natural unbleached wood fibers and recycled fibers, it is generally brown, although its shade may vary depending on the type of wood, pulping process, recycling rate and impurities content.
For certain boxes that demand good presentation, white bleached pulp is used on the top ply of the linerboard that goes outside the box.

Liner Board
Linerboard is thick, rigid paper that is used to form the external faces of corrugated products and provide resistance to vertical loads.

Medium Paper (Fluting Paper)
Medium Paper(Fluting paper) is the middle liner of corrugated board, which can be supplied individually as a type of protective packaging. It provides protection by filling empty spaces in the outer case and providing a cushioning effect for the primary product.
- Medium Paper (High Strength)
– Definition : The material that is fluted on a corrugating machine. It contains 100% recycled fibers.
Its strength is higher than Normal grade of Medium paper.
– Application : It separates the inside and outside facings of a corrugated container board.
– Type : Roll
– Substance : 90gsm, 100gsm, 105gsm, 110gsm, 120gsm, 140gsm, 160gsm, 180gsm - Medium Paper (Normal grade)
– Definition : The material that is fluted on a corrugating machine. It contains 100% recycled fibers.
– Application : It separates the inside and outside facings of a corrugated container board.
– Type : Roll
– Substance : 110gsm, 115gsm, 120gsm, 150gsm, 180gsm
Core Board
The maximum strength and thickness of core and cone board is due to the multi-ply boards that sticked together well and tight. With efficient glue absorption, these boards are regarded as the main material for the production of industrial cores and cones such as paper core, yarn cone and film core.
- Core Board
– Definition : Core board is designed for core and tube application that demand strength and crush resistance. It contains 100% recycled fibers.
– Application : Core for paper core, Film, Sleeve, etc..
– Type : Roll or Sheet
– Substance : 250gsm~ 710gsm
Chip Board (Dry Board, Grey Board)
Chipboard is a pressed paperboard (non-corrugated cardboard). It’s made by gluing fragments and layers of recycled paper together. The thickness of chipboard varies from very thick to very thin. Chipboard is popular for scrapbooking, card making, rubber stamp projects and more. It can be painted, inked, distressed, cut and glued.
- Chip board
– Definition : Dry board is designed for multipurpose including industrial uses and to become a laminated board (Chip board) It contains 100% recycled fibers.
– Application : Hard cover, Book cover, Album, Book binder, Packaging, Calendar, Stationeries, etc..
– Type : Sheet
– Substance : 440gsm~ 2200gsm
